Business Specific Requirements Most clients have standards and
practices specific to their type of business to which we pay special
attention. Examples include: “cGMP” (certified Good Manufacturing
Practices) requirements for separation of GMP non-GMP areas in
pharmaceutical businesses; or consistency with “Guidelines for
Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities.”
Program Management
For select projects, we provide oversight and program management
services from project initiation through completion. It is a
compliment to our planning service for clients who are understaffed,
or not familiar with the project process, and appreciate the value
of continuity in project delivery.
