business. The principal of Stenford Associates, Stan Bradeen, brings
both a personal commitment to the practice and a dedication to
professional relationships in
the service of our clients. Lasting teamwork developed through
long-term relationships with both our clients and professional associates
is how we do business. It is an approach that is much more
productive than “one-time” partnerships
for the purpose of a single project.
Stan
Bradeen, Principal, founded Stenford Associates in 1997. He
has more than 25 years of experience in facilities planning and
design, management, and permitting. Stan is an experienced facilitator
with a record of planning, presenting projects and building support
from multiple stakeholders. The perspective
gained from consulting with a breadth of clients has honed the
ability to integrate the multiple business, technical, and
professional concerns that intersect in the facilities planning
process. Because of this, and his prior experience as
Facilities Planning Manager for Fletcher Allen Health Care, a 1.2
million SF, ~583 bed, multi-campus Hospital / Clinic / Physician
organization, he is familiar with the demands of planning, design,
renovation and new construction in exacting environments.
His experiences in the private sector as owner of a consulting
Facilities Planning business; as planning manager for an owner; and
in the public sector as a zoning administrator have provided him
with the ability to understand the needs of all sides of the project
process, owners and officials, contractors and consultants, and
thereby what is required to get projects done effectively. He has
worked with pharmaceutical, laboratory, health care, governmental,
commercial, professional, electrical utility, and computer
manufacturing clients. Stan is a 1976 graduate
of the University of Vermont with a B.A. Community Planning &
Design. Stan worked his way through college. During that time he
developed a patented radio-inclinometer. |
